I strongly do not recommend, at least early booking. We booked via "booking.com" yet in February, for July, and paid the entire amount. And 2 days ago I had receive the message that hotel refuse this booking (sold rooms more than it has). And those who booked and paid a few months ago, decided to deceive. No any different variants have yet been proposed. No any reaction from "booking.com" also

Positive points: location, it is located in the second row from the sea (150m) and close to clubs and shops. Staff, the guys who work there are kind and ready to help. Negative points: Cuisine, simple and sometimes poorly cooked dishes, mid-August dinner totally thrown away because it was inedible, Cleanliness of the rooms, in the dining room, lift, windows,...... leaves a lot to be desired. In the room they gave to we had the ceilings peeling and with signs of leaks both in the bathroom and in the room, the furniture was cheap and often looked like it had been picked up in some flea market, the linen in the bathroom showed signs of rust, the linen in the room was patched up and stained, certainly The price is very affordable if you contact the hotel directly but you have to make these compromises.

4 week holiday in June. Enchanting and comfortable environment, what can I say: I'll start with the manager of the facility, the director Antonio, a nice character who is friendly to everyone, available in all requests made. The girls at the reception were very nice, especially Nicole, with her friendly spontaneity. The two waiters were very kind and polite, good at their job. WHAT can we say about the menu, a hearty and varied breakfast, lunch and dinner with two first courses and two second courses and a side dish, fruit or dessert in the evening, everything was excellent....Bravo to Sheriff Roberto. The excellent room with its bathroom with shower and cubicle, and its small balcony to enjoy the view. For what I spent I had a 5 star holiday. I have another holiday in September, and I've booked for next year. What can I say at this point, I recommend it to everyone. See you next holiday. Let me start by saying that we stayed for 2 days for work reasons, we are 2 friends who adapt to any situation. Unfortunately the weather didn't help, with rain and strong winds and the services in the area were obviously closed. We were greeted by the hotel manager in a very welcoming way, offering us coffee and chatting. The room is from the 60s, spacious, balcony with beautiful view, working TV, comfortable and clean bathroom with shower. For what we paid on Groupon we expected to sleep on the floor, but apart from the plaster giving in to the steam from the shower, overall the room was usable. The lunch/dinner room, apart from some maintenance touches to be done, was welcoming, service ok. The young waiters are novices, but friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, 2 menus to choose between first course, second course, side dish, fruit and dessert.... honestly when we showed up in the room, with what we spent, we thought we didn't even have chairs. Instead we were greeted by the young waiter who escorted us to the table. This review is particularly aimed at those who leave negative reviews regardless of what they spent. Where you spend little you need to have a certain spirit of adaptation, for those who don't have it it is recommended to spend a little more and go to other types of structures, so as to avoid complaining and enjoy the holiday. Our idea was to choose a hotel near the sea for 2 days and the request was exhaustive. What more could you want???? Hotel 2 steps from the sea, friendly staff, excellent food... I recommend it.

I'm sorry to give a bad review about this hotel as I have already stayed in other hotels of this hotel chain. When they gave us the room we immediately noticed that the shower was broken, the shower head had no attachment, we basically had to hold it in our hands to wash ourselves. The towels and sheets were stained and had long hairs attached to them that weren't ours, dust everywhere, we pointed this out to the reception and they assured us that they would change everything but instead they made the bed and folded the towels. At the table they gave us dirty glasses, for the coffee they put plastic spoons which they then reuse. This tree is not 3 stars. We also found some bread with mold inside

This hotel is a disgrace for Romagna, rooms with ants, small and towels and toilet paper were delivered when they dried, lunch and dinner with fish always the usual stuffed under various smelly sauces unpleasant to the taste, they gave omelettes every other day, salad dirty, breakfast with dirty glasses and cutlery and a mini croissant each only cooked ham (shoulder) and cheese, really a disappointment and rude staff and even though we had said not only us that it was pitiful... their response was to change the hotel and that they were employees and they weren't interested and that they did what their superior told them even on the menu... but they immediately liked the money, so much money... that they sent the Nas and reported everything to the consumer service
